India became independent on 15th August 1947 after a long struggle against British rule. We achieved independence because of the sacrifices and struggles of our great freedom fighters like Bhagat Singh, Subhas Chandra Bose, and Mahatma Gandhi.

Today, we are fortunate to be born in an independent country where we enjoy our fundamental rights and freedoms.

On this day, the National Flag is hoisted at schools, government offices, and public places. We celebrate Independence Day by singing patriotic songs, performing cultural activities, giving speeches, and sharing sweets.

I am proud to be an Indian, and I love my country very much.

First of all, I wish you all a very Happy Independence Day!

We are gathered here today to honour and remember the great freedom fighters who sacrificed their lives for our country.

As we raise our National Flag and sing the National Anthem, let us remember the unity and diversity that make our nation strong.

It is a great honour for me to stand before you on this historic day and pay tribute to those who helped shape our country and make it what it is today.

As we celebrate our freedom, let us also remember the importance of tolerance, respect, kindness, and understanding towards one another.

Once again, I warmly welcome you all to this Independence Day celebration. Let us raise our voices together and celebrate the spirit of freedom and patriotism.
