Selection Process:

  • Competitive Exam:

Candidates will be given a competitive examination in the first stage either online or offline. This examination will consist of two papers, each carrying 300 marks. The first paper will contain questions on general knowledge, while the second paper will contain questions on horticulture subjects. A total of 2 hours will be allotted for this examination, and candidates will have to score 35% marks. And 0.75 marks will be deducted for each wrong answer.

  • Kannada Language Test:

A Kannada language test is conducted for the candidates who have qualified in the competitive examination. This is applicable only to the candidates who have not studied Kannada as a first or second language up to the SSLC level. This test carries a total of 150 marks, of which candidates have to score 50 marks.
